Guest Guidelines & House Rules

Welcome to The Banks Bridal Suites & Lodging. We are honored to be a part of such a special time in your life. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all of your guests, please review the following guidelines and house rules. 

Booking & Deposits 

  • A $250 deposit is required to hold your selected booking date. This deposit will be credited toward your room total. 
  • Suites are $500 -$800 per night. 
  • When three or more suites are booked at the same time, a one-time $1,000 refundable damage deposit will be added to the invoice. 
  • The damage deposit covers any intentional damages to the property or furnishings. 
  • The deposit will be refunded in full or partially after inspection, either returned to the original card or mailed as a check to the address provided during booking. 

Booking Policy 

  • Suites are booked per night/day only. 
  • Hourly rentals are not available. 
  • All reservations must be paid in full prior to check-in  

Check-In & Check-Out 

  • Check-in: 4:00 PM 
  • Check-out: 12:00 Noon 
  • Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request. Due to high booking demand, additional time cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability. If approved, the fee is $250 per hour. 
  • Guest Responsibility 

The individual who books the suite is responsible for the following: 

  • The conduct of all guests in their party. 
  • Any damages that occur during the stay. 
  • Ensuring that all rules and guidelines are followed. 

Property Care 

Please help us keep our suites beautiful for all of the brides and guests. 

  • No intentional damage to furniture, décor, fixtures, or property. 
  • Do not move large furniture without permission. 
  • Please clean up excessive trash and dispose of items in designated containers. 
  • No personal items may be left on site. All decorations must be disposed of in the designated trash cans upon check-out. 

Decorations 

Decorations are welcome for wedding preparations, however: 

  • No nails, screws, staples, or permanent adhesives may be used on walls or furniture. 
  • No confetti, glitter, or open flames unless approved. 
  • All decorations must be removed prior to checkout. 

Noise & Respect 

  • Please be respectful of neighboring guests and properties. 
  • Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. 

Smoking Policy 

  • No smoking or vaping inside the suites. 
  • Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. 

Damages 

Guests will be responsible for: 

  • Broken items 
  • Missing items 
  • Damage to furniture, walls, flooring, or décor 

Costs may be deducted from the damage deposit if necessary. 

Safety 

  • Do not exceed the maximum occupancy per bed for each suite. 
  • Children must be supervised at all times. 

Furniture Care

  • Do help maintain the quality and appearance of our furnishings; guests are asked not to sleep on sofas, chairs, or other living room furniture. Beds are provided in each suite for sleeping accommodations. 

Parking

  • Guests may park in the public parking lot located directly across the street from The Banks Bridal Suites & Lodging. On the weekends  . Additional street parking is available in designated spaces on weekdays .
  • The Banks Bridal Suites & Lodging is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or their contents while parked in the public parking lot or on surrounding streets. Guests park their vehicles at their own risk.

Tax and Fees  

  • A $1000 refundable damage deposit is included on your invoice. The deposit will be returned after 7 days to the credit card or issued in the form of a corporate check by mail.
  • The check shall be sent to the address on file.  A portion of the damage deposit will be forfeited if damage to property occurs. The damage deposit is not subject to the service charge or sales tax.
  • A service charge of 18% and state tax of 10% will be added to the total. The service charge is not gratuity. The service charge provides for all the labor to prepare, organize, and clean after your stay. 
  • Final Payment Details: Final payment must be made 30 days prior to check-in. Payments can be made by debit, credit, cash, cashier’s check, certified check, or money order, payable to Banks Bridal Suite.
  • A credit card processing fee of 3% will be added. Please note that credit card payments must be completed 30 days prior to check-in to ensure all charges are finalized.
