Package Total: $4,864.00 with a deposit due of $2,432.00 at time of booking
Cost Per Guest:
- 16 couples up to 32 people : $304.00 per couple
- 23 guests: Approximately $212.00 per person
Bring your bridal party, family, and closest friends together for a comfortable and memorable stay in the heart of downtown Joliet. With spacious accommodation and a late checkout, you'll have plenty of time to relax, celebrate, and enjoy every moment of your wedding weekend.
Refundable Damage Deposit
A $1,000 refundable damage deposit is required for all group reservations and will be held to cover any incidental damages that may occur during your stay.
Examples of damages that may result in deductions include, but are not limited to:
- Damage to walls, doors, or fixtures
- Stains or damage to furniture, carpets, rugs, or linens
- Broken dishes, glassware, or other household items
- Missing or damaged furnishings or décor
- Excessive cleaning required beyond normal use
If damages are found, all or a portion of the $1,000 damage deposit may be withheld, depending on the nature and cost of the damage. Any deductions will be documented with photographs and an itemized explanation.
If no damages are found and the terms of the rental agreement have been met, the damage deposit will be refunded in accordance with the rental agreement.
